Are you still with me?

I heard consistency is the key, to keeping the audience holding to their chair/seats. But as a mom of 5 kids, 4 at home still and a full-time worker, I hate to say I will probably be quite inconsistent. I do have to add, as passionate as me to yoga, both learning and teaching – one might not find. People fall in and out of the practice, and here I am 28 years plus into this and it’s still as exciting to me as day one. Please join me in this journey. Whether you have met me around Miami, Gilbert, or elsewhere in the world I want to provide an excellent service in Yoga. Whatever that means to You. Private practice is THE one I enjoy most now.
