Can kids meditate? Does Yoga help my child improve social skills?
Private one on one is the way to go?
Would my entire family benefit ?
There’s not one answer!
I have pondered for several days now to know what to write exactly here, therefore it might not be perfect! I love working with children in a private setting, because you get to know them and see the results weekly. They appreciate the consistency of the practice and most importantly have fun while practicing!
Children are all different…. as you know!
Some of my own children showed an interest in Yoga. Others never have. It isn’t something you can force on kids, but they actually are very eager to learn. They absorb (just like a sponge absorbs water!) , learning in such a short period of time. I have been working on a few private for children in the last few years and have seen an enormous growth. The kids stop and listen, pay attention and discover the power of their breath, improve posture, and of course have fun while doing so! Please message me at SIREN YOGA AZ for any information! I would love to take you to a private session, your entire family, your child, and show you all that yoga can be. Just for you!!!
Yoga helps strengthen children’s growing bodies and helps them improve their flexibility, which can reduce their chance of injury. Yoga teaches discipline and reduces impulsivity. Yoga can reduce challenging behaviors in the classroom by providing a physical outlet for children to express themselves. According to azearlychildhood.com.”
