I have been taking yoga as a student for over 20 years (on a regular basis, 3 to 4 times a week) and had several different experiences with all kinds of yoga and levels, Bikram, Ashtanga, Yin, Nidra, Kids Yoga,Goat Yoga, and SUP yoga.

I have been teaching since 2015 about 15-18 classes a week, including personal clients. Received an award from Mountainside Fitness of “Instructor of the Year 2017”. Featured in “GathR “ magazine in June 2017 and had an article published about Trikonasana, (Triangle) Pose.


– Level 1 YogaFit teacher training completed December, 2014.

    -PreNatal/Postpartum teacher training completed February, 2015.

    -Seniors teacher training completed February, 2015.

    – 200 hour LifePower Yoga Teacher Training completed in the Spring, 2015.

    -Elevate Workshop (Inversions and Arm Balances)- with Sandra Ploszaj- Spring 2015.

    -Treat while you train (24 Hour new format)- Sept. 2015

    -Nidra training on May 2016 (Inner Vision Yoga)
